Madison Cunningham is my go to new music right now. She is freakishly talented, incredible on guitar and beautiful voice. And songwriting that sits somewhere between Joni Mitchell and Jeff Buckley, but she’s definitely got her own thing going on.
Ariel Posen’s third album is out today. The video below made me a fan. It’s basically a live studio recording of his first album and is a great introduction to him if you’re unfamiliar. More info here.
I’ve been making an effort to find new music in the last 10 years or so and discovered Tedeschi Trucks Band at the end of a long diversion through some (new to me) early blues music, into the Allman Brothers and then to TTB. I’ll leave their tiny desk concert below and encourage you to treat your ears to something nice.
